I had a pleasant stay at The Evergreens On Fall River, enjoying the clean cabins and stunning views of the river and mountains. The staff was accommodating and kind, which made check-in easy. However, the furniture, particularly the couch and pillows, left much to be desired in terms of comfort, which somewhat detracted from my overall experience.
Rooms
6.0
The cabin was clean and well-maintained, but the furniture could definitely use an upgrade. The couch was somewhat uncomfortable, and while the bed was decent, the pillows were lacking. I was also disappointed that the second bedroom was locked and required an extra fee to access, which felt restrictive.
Service

The staff were very friendly and responsive, which I really appreciated. They were helpful from the moment I made the reservation and throughout my stay, even quickly addressing requests for extra towels. Their accommodating nature significantly enhanced my experience.

I loved the location near Rocky Mountain National Park, which made it easy to access hiking trails and enjoy the natural beauty around me. The cabin's proximity to the Fall River offered a beautiful backdrop for relaxation, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers.
Dining
6.0
While the cabin had a functional kitchen with most necessary items for meal prep, I missed having more specialized tools like a blender. The presence of nearby local dining options would have been an added bonus for variety during my stay.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel featured adequate outdoor spaces, though the community hot tub didn’t seem very inviting and lacked usage during my visit. I appreciated the private balconies that provided great views of the river, adding a nice touch to the experience, but I missed a dining table on the patio for my meals.
